We do speak French, German, Spanish, Italian and Swedish, but most of our agents speak English, so in order to get the fastest support possible, please reply and ask us questions in English.
We do our very best to help you as fast as possible and we aim reply to all questions and emails the same day (except during weekends and holidays or outside of working hours), but sometimes our reply could take a few days.
